Site layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
